SORRY, WE WILL NO LONGER BE OFFERING “ FIRST CLASS” INTERNATIONAL MAIL. DUE TO THE FACT THAT WE HAVE BEEN TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF ON FOUR OCCASIONS AMOUNTING TO LOSSES OVER $1,000.00. WHEN WE SHIP INT’L FIRST CLASS. THE PACKAGES ARE SCANNED AT OUR LOCAL POST OFFICE AND AGAIN AT THE CITY WHERE IT WAS PUT ON A PLANE TO GO INT’L. THAT IS ALL THE TRACKING THERE IS ON THAT PACKAGE, UNLESS IT IS RETURNED TO THE UNITED STATES, THEN IT IS SCANNED IN AT THAT CITIES POST OFFICE. THIS LAST CASE, THE CUSTOMER SAID HE DID NOT RECEIVE THE $250.00 PACKAGE. IN OUR CORESPONDING E-MAILS, HE LIED TO US THREE TIMES. HE KNEW THE GAME! HE GOT THE PACKAGE, AND SIMPLY CLAIMED HE DID NOT RECEIVE IT, KNOWING FULL WELL ALL HE HAD TO DO WAS FILE A DISPUTE WITH PAYPAL AND HE WOULD GET HIS MONEY BACK. BECAUSE PAYPAL REQUIRES THAT THERE MUST BE TRACKING TO HIS DOOR AS BEING DELIVERED. SO, HE GOT MY $250 WORTH OF PRODUCT AND HE GOT ALL OF HIS MONEY BACK. WE HAVE SENT HUNDREDS OF PACKAGES INTERNATIONAL FIRST CLASS WITHOUT A PROBLEM UNTIL IN THE PAST FEW MONTHS, THIS RASH OF “I DID NOT GET MY PACKAGE” AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK! HAS CRASHED DOWN UPON US.
